With properties starting from £1 million and going up to £10 million or more, the brand needed to reflect the exclusivity and sophistication of their clientele, while remaining clean, smart, and instantly recognisable.

The key challenge was to capture the essence of ADN Residential in a brand identity that would resonate with its target audience of ultra-high-net-worth individuals. The client stressed the need for a logo that was smart, masculine, sexy, and easy to read—elements that had to work across both digital and print media.

Concept Development
In the initial phase, I focused on creating concepts that reflected the sleek, luxurious, and professional tone required. I explored how to subtly incorporate elements of real estate without relying on overused or generic symbols. My goal was to craft a timeless logo that would be instantly recognisable and distinctive, setting ADN Residential apart in the luxury property market.


The Solution
The final concept utilises negative space in the letter 'D' to create the silhouette of a house, seen from the side. This approach keeps the design elegant and minimal, while offering a subtle nod to the company’s real estate focus. The clean lines ensure the logo maintains the smart, masculine, and sexy appearance requested by the client, making it both visually striking and easy to read.

Problem Solving
One of the main challenges was creating a logo that was iconic yet simple enough to stand out in the luxury real estate market. I worked to balance the property reference without diluting the sleekness of the design. The negative space detail in the 'D', which forms the house shape, was kept subtle so as not to overpower the overall composition, ensuring the logo remained sophisticated, with the property element acting as a refined, understated detail.

The final brand identity for ADN Residential achieves the client’s goals: it is sleek, masculine, and iconic, while subtly incorporating a property reference.
